Early Intervention Coordinator

As a Care Manager Leader at Early Connections, your key responsibilities will include:
- Day-to-day management of our Early Connections-Port Macquarie/Hastings service
- Ensuring the quality of individual programs and services
- Facilitating effective communication between staff, families, and stakeholders
- Developing and maintaining a network of contacts in stakeholder and community organisations
You will also be responsible for embedding human rights and organisational values in our quality systems, developing systems and reporting mechanisms to identify quality risks, and ensuring compliance with quality reporting systems.
