**Hourly Rate**: £26 per hour

We are seeking experienced Paramedics who have successfully completed the Paramedic NQP qualification to join our partnered home visiting service in Hastings. As a Locum Paramedic, you will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive care to patients within the community setting.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct home visits to patients as assigned, providing urgent and non-urgent care as necessary.
- Perform thorough assessments of patients' medical conditions and provide appropriate treatment and interventions.
- Administer medications, perform minor procedures, and provide necessary medical support.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including GPs, nurses, and support staff, to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient encounters, including medical histories, assessments, and treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families, explaining diagnoses, treatment options, and follow-up care plans.
- Adhere to professional standards, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Valid Paramedic registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Successful completion of the Paramedic NQP (Newly Qualified Paramedic) qualification.
- Previous experience working in emergency or urgent care settings is highly desirable.
- Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to interact compassionately with patients from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Flexible availability to work Monday-Friday, with a minimum commitment of 3 days per week.
- Current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for home visits.
