We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Intensive Support Practitioner to join our team at Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As an Intensive Support Practitioner, you will play a key role in developing the intensive support and intervention function of our Neighbourhood Mental Health Teams.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in mental health, preferably in working with older adults, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team and build strong relationships with colleagues, service users, and their families.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of innovative community-based services that prioritize prevention, early intervention, and recovery-focused care. You will have access to regular training, clinical supervision, and opportunities for professional development.
