Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Children's Education and Wellbeing Coordinator to join our team at Academics Ltd. The successful candidate will work in a specialist SEMH school in Hastings, supporting children with moderate learning difficulties and additional mental health needs.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of targeted interventions aimed at improving students' learning, development, and well-being. You will work closely with the teaching staff and therapists to develop and implement strategies that meet the unique needs of each child.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the delivery of targeted interventions to improve students' learning, development, and well-being
- Work closely with the teaching staff and therapists to develop and implement strategies
- Provide behaviour and pastoral support to students
- Take an active role in forward planning with therapists
- Develop robust and effective relationships with students
