**We are developing a new L2 Keywork Team that will have a huge positive impact to the children and families of East Sussex.**

The role will deliver short term support focusing on increasing attendance at school - the Team will work with children and young people where school attendance has dropped below 50%, working with families in their homes to overcome the barriers to attending education_._

Working in the keyworker role you will be responsible for delivering a range of interventions with families on your caseload. You will complete assessments with each family and develop an Early Help Plan that identifies clear and measurable targets. You will then work closely with family members providing targeted support to assist them to make the changes identified in the Plan.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £26,539.00-£29,783.00 per year

Expected hours: 37 per week
