Business Development Executive - Employment Partnerships

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our team at Austin Fraser. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, promoting the company's services, and building relationships with employers.

You will work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, and plan and conduct events to promote the company's services.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • IDentifying new business opportunities and winning new clients
  • Promoting an awareness of Austin Fraser services and benefits
  • Maximising repeating business opportunities through building and maintaining relationships with employers
  • Working closely with other teams including Employment Advisers and Skills Trainers
  • Planning and conducting events such as jobs fairs and employer days
  • Post-placement support and account management

Requirements:

  • A successful track record of working in a sales environment, an account management or business development role
  • A willingness to travel locally (e.g., to meet customers/employers) with good knowledge of local labour market
  • A minimum of 2 A-Levels or an equivalent Level 3 Diploma
  • GCSE English Language at a minimum of a Grade B (or equivalent Level 2 qualification)

Desirable Criteria:

  • Experience of working in recruitment, publicly funded services, or other similar sectors
  • Experience of working in a customer-facing environment
  • Interest in career and personal development
