Sales and Partnership Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Partnership Development Manager to join our team at Zachary Daniels. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our partners.

About the Role

You will work closely with our partner to achieve seasonal sales targets, directly managing all territory partners and providing guidance and advice as needed. Your goal will be to maximise sales of new collections and repeat orders from designated accounts in your area.

  • Achieve seasonal sales targets by implementing effective strategies and working closely with partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify new wholesale accounts in your area and make recommendations to your line manager.
  • Develop and negotiate relationships and agreements with partners to grow the territory and improve profitability.
  • Provide monthly reporting to cover sell-in, sell-out, and forecasting.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Commercial acumen with a focus on driving sales growth.
What We Offer
  • Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
  • £50,000 per annum + bonus.
