Job Summary:
Gem Partnership Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to support our busy HR team on an exciting project. As an HR Administrator, you will assist with administration and coordination tasks, as well as recruitment activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the coordination and administration of HR projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
Support recruitment activities, including coordinating and recording HR data, and assisting with the creation of job descriptions.
Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.
Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure seamless delivery of HR services.
Requirements:
Experience in supporting HR projects in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (365) and HR systems.
CIPD Level 3 (or working towards).
