Apprentice HR Administrator
The Purpose of the role is to assist the managing Director in all aspects of administration in regard to HR processes and procedures. This role is a home-based role and there is little requirement to attend the registered offices, however should the business necessitate essential audits or should face to face meetings be required and at the discretion of the Managing Director the post holder will be required to attend registered offices or registered sites to carry out their duties.
The holder of this post will be provided with all necessary equipment to work from home and will receive compensation for electricity used whilst doing so. Duties include but are not limited to: carrying out audits of HR files, minute taking, managing recruitment and staff matrix, aligning internal systems and data validation. Booking appointments and interviews, collation of spreadsheets and supporting with the safe recruitment of office and field-based staff in line with regulations as set by the Care Quality Commission.
Strategic Business Responsibilities:
1. To work closely with the Managing Director to ensure the Business growth plan is achieved and that retention rates remain low across all areas of the business.
2. To work as part of the team and be proactive in seeking resolutions where problems arise
3. To work flexibly and remain up to date with all duties whilst working from home.
4. Ensure working with the Managing Director that risk is mínimal for Care at Home (Wearside) Limited as a business.
5. To encourage and adhere to a customer focused growth strategy within the business
6. To be set clear targets and objectives and work towards achieving these on a daily basis.
Training and Development
It is a requirement of this post that you commence a Level 3 Diploma in business administration within 6 months of employment commencement. You will be required to attend training as and when required to update your skills and knowledge.
