We have an exciting opportunity for an Apprentice Administrator to join our friendly team in Sunderland.

Working with our dedicated Northern Power Grid team and whilst supporting the business to achieve its goals, we’ll be supporting you to achieve yours.

We’ll ensure your training fees are covered and that you are given the support to successfully complete your Level 3 in Business Administration, during the 18-month programme.

**Here are some of the activities you will be involved in**
- Coordinating with operational and planning colleagues to ensure the accuracy and completeness of work orders.
- Assisting colleagues to manage their workloads effectively, preventing any missed deadlines.
- Updating Management Information systems to meticulously capture and report accurate data, adhering to established timelines.
- Addressing queries and, if necessary, escalating them to the relevant department within the organisation.
- While the outlined tasks represent a portion of your responsibilities, we anticipate a progression beyond the initial basics. As you grow and learn, we are keen for you to have a diverse range of experiences.
