Therapy Services Administration Assistant

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Therapies Administration team as an Apprentice Client Services Associate. The role involves providing administrative support to various departments, including Reception cover and other tasks.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for dealing with enquiries from staff, patients, and the public, both face-to-face and over the phone. You will also be required to rotate between varying Reception areas across the Trust.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to various departments, including Reception cover.
- Deal with enquiries from staff, patients, and the public, both face-to-face and over the phone.
- Rotate between varying Reception areas across the Trust.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Good keyboard skills and knowledge of email and Microsoft packages.
- Able to adapt to different Department working areas and have a flexible approach.
- Knowledge and awareness of Data Protection & Information Governance is desirable and be willing to undertake necessary training in these.
