Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team of healthcare professionals at Caritas Recruitment.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert assessment and intervention services to individuals in need of support, ensuring that their needs are met in a safe and effective manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Aids and Adaptations: Develop and implement personalized aids and adaptations plans to meet the unique needs of each customer.
  • Liaison and Collaboration: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and services to ensure seamless delivery of care.
  • Assessment and Intervention: Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized intervention plans to address customer needs.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and progress.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
  • Registration: Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
  • Experience: Significant experience working as an Occupational Therapist, preferably in a community setting
  • Certification: Valid DBS certification
  • Driving Licence: Full driving licence with access to a vehicle for business purposes

The estimated salary for this role is £52,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
