Occupational Therapy Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to provide safe and effective assessments in a community setting. The successful candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy and be able to work independently.
This role requires the ability to assess customer needs and implement aids and adaptations in accordance with the Care Act, as well as liaise and refer with other professionals and services as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:- Aids and Adaptations: Assess customer needs and implement aids and adaptations in accordance with the Care Act.
- Liaison and Referral: Liaise and refer with other professionals and services as necessary.
- Moving & Handling: Provide assessment and advice on moving & handling, including the use of assistive devices and single-handed care equipment.
- Manual Handling Plans: Produce high-quality manual handling plans.
- Reporting: Complete accurate and timely reports.
- Education: BSc (Hons) Occupational Therapy
- Registration: Current HCPC registration
- Experience: Significant experience of working as an Occupational Therapist
- Certification: Current DBS
- Driving Licence: Driving licence and use of a car for business purposes
The estimated salary for this role is £50,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
