Health and Safety Specialist

Pontoon requires a Health and Safety Specialist to provide excellent customer service, receiving and processing health and safety related incidents by telephone and email.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
The estimated salary for this position is £27,500 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Process health and safety related incidents via phone and email from internal customers.
- Record incidents in the Incident Management database in line with INV1 and HSE requirements.
- Ensure accurate interpretation, transcription, and input of incident details into databases.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in a relevant field such as health and safety or business administration.
- Knowledge of National Grid's Incident Management System.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
