About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Renewable Energy Safety Professional to join our team at ACRWORLD. As a key member of our HSE team, you will support the HSE Manager and Site Manager in implementing the Site HSE Management Plans.

The successful candidate will have experience in a Health & Safety role, preferably within electrical infrastructure, high-voltage (HV), or substation projects. They will be skilled in developing and implementing safety management systems and possess strong knowledge of local laws, codes, and regulations.

A competitive salary package, including an estimated AU$95,000 - AU$115,000 per annum, plus benefits, is on offer for this full-time position. We welcome applications from candidates who are local to the area or willing to travel.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Promote and uphold ACCIONA's Health & Safety practices.
  • Conduct risk workshops, inductions, site inspections, and HSE meetings.
  • Lead incident investigations and maintain HSE documentation.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in a Health & Safety role, ideally within electrical infrastructure, high-voltage (HV), or substation projects.
  • Skilled in developing and implementing safety management systems.
  • Strong knowledge of local laws, codes, and regulations.
  • Excellent report writing, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
