About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Health, Safety and Environmental Compliance Specialist to join our team in Halesowen. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of health, safety and environmental legislation.

Job Description

The Regional QHSE Manager will be responsible for promoting and advising dealership teams on all aspects of Motus Commercials' compliance requirements. This will include undertaking accident investigations, monitoring data, and identifying remedial actions to reduce risks. Additionally, the successful candidate will undertake ISO9001 & ISO14001 audits at each location annually and recommend corrective actions for local implementation.

Requirements
  1. Able to demonstrate a NEBOSH General certificate or other formal safety qualification.
  2. Brilliant levels of written and verbal communication.
  3. Project management and leadership skills.
  4. Full Clean driving license.
  5. Knowledge of current legislation and ISO standards.
  6. Understanding of compliance, Health, and Safety.

Salary and Location

This role is based in Halesowen and offers a competitive salary of £37,000 + Bonus Scheme + Company Vehicle for personal and business use. The successful candidate will also have access to a comprehensive benefits package.
