  • Champion a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with health, safety, and sustainability policies.
  • Design and implement internal policies and conduct audits, reporting findings to the Operations Board.
  • Investigate accidents or near misses and develop risk assessments.
  • Deliver training and Toolbox Talks on safety procedures.
  • Manage the facilities team and liaise with external consultants on sustainability initiatives.
