Reliability and Maintenance Lead

Responsibilities: The successful candidate will lead/participate in failure mode effects analysis, root cause analysis, and effective stakeholder management. They will also identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency, and business improvement, while expanding their own engineering skills and experience. Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver Maintenance & Reliability solutions in relation to defined requirements, across the full engineering lifecycle.
- Lead/participate in failure mode effects analysis of critical assets and key systems.
- Lead/participate in root cause analysis techniques.
- Effective stakeholder management, engaging and influencing others in order to drive improvements across the function.
- Identify and support opportunities for cost savings, efficiency, and business improvement.
- Expand own engineering skills and experience relevant to engineering domain.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a recognized Engineering-related qualification (NVQ level 4/HNC ideal) and a strong maintenance engineering background. You should also possess the ability to solve a range of technical problems and make necessary decisions to rectify. Knowledge and experience of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems would be highly beneficial.
