Engineer of Maintenance Safety Systems

AWE Plc is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineering Safety Expert to join our team in RG7 4PR. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining infrastructure, plant, equipment, and systems to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement maintenance strategies during design, including availability, reliability, and maintainability considerations
* Provide maintenance engineering advice and guidance across an equivalent manufacturing and/or research environment comprising a range of infrastructure facilities and associated manufacturing and/or research plant and equipment
* Identify, manage, and report on engineering safety risks to senior management
* Lead the delivery of engineering services across the life of an asset
Benefits
* Estimated salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
* 9-day working fortnight and 270 hours of annual leave

Requirements
* Maintenance engineering background with knowledge of RGP (SFG20, CIBSE Guide M, ISO 55000)
* Strong root cause analysis and Failure Mode Effects (Criticality) Analysis skills
* Experience in developing and implementing maintenance strategies during design
