About the Role

We are seeking a skilled individual to fill the position of Maintenance Specialist Lead. This role involves overseeing maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and developing quality systems.

The successful candidate will have expertise in process safety management, nuclear safety principles, and quality systems. They will also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as experience in leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing maintenance activities.
  • Ensuring compliance with process safety management regulations.
  • Developing and maintaining quality systems and procedures.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience.
  • NEBOSH Certificate in Occupational Safety & Health or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
