Maintenance Engineering Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineering Specialist to join our team. As a Maintenance Engineering Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering engineering solutions that enhance productivity, reliability, and innovation in our organisation.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement maintenance strategies that maximise equipment uptime and reduce costs.
- Analyse and resolve complex technical issues related to plant and equipment failures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and increase efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to inform decision-making.
Requirements:
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in maintenance engineering or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with CMMS software and other maintenance management tools.
