We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineering Specialist to join AWE Plc. This is a highly rewarding opportunity for a Senior Maintenance Safety Engineer with strong expertise in ensuring compliance with maintenance Relevant Good Practice (RGP).

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Demonstrating compliance with RGP standards, such as SFG20 and CIBSE Guide M;
  • Performing root cause analysis and Failure Mode Effects Analysis;
  • Maintaining infrastructure, plant, equipment, and systems;
  • Developing and implementing effective maintenance strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering maintenance engineering advice and guidance while identifying and managing engineering safety risks. If you are a skilled leader who can set, manage, and assess standards of competence, this could be the perfect role for you.
