Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Reliability Engineering Manager to lead our maintenance and reliability team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in reliability engineering management and experience in leading maintenance projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership to Maintenance & Reliability Engineers
  • Deliver professional engineering services
  • Take the lead on maintenance projects and implement maintenance reliability strategies
  • Promote reliability philosophy in the delivery of through life asset management
Requirements
  • Engineering-related qualification or demonstrable experience
  • Ability to deliver engineering and maintenance solutions across a range of infrastructure facilities and associated manufacturing and/or research plant and equipment
  • Previous experience of leading the delivery of engineering services across the lifecycle of an asset
