Production Engineering Specialist

**Job Overview**
AWE Plc is seeking an experienced Production Engineering Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the production engineering department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.
Salary: £43,000 - £64,000 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications)
Location: Located between Reading and Basingstoke with free onsite parking, making it an ideal location for those living in the surrounding areas.
About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to work as part of our production engineering team. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring that all manufacturing equipment is properly maintained and serviced
- Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless communication and workflow
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Relevant qualifications in a field such as mechanical engineering or a related discipline
- Proven experience in a production engineering environment
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
