Job Description

AWE Plc is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance & Reliability Engineer to join its team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering proactive Maintenance & Reliability solutions across the full engineering asset lifecycle, leading/participating in failure mode effects analysis and root cause analysis.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A recognised Engineering-related qualification (NVQ level 3/HNC ideal) and a strong maintenance engineering background
  • The ability to solve technical problems and make decisions to rectify
  • Knowledge of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems would be beneficial

You will also have opportunities to expand your engineering skills and experience relevant to the engineering domain.

We offer a competitive salary of up to £52,000, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive a 9-day working fortnight, 208 hours of holiday each year, market-leading contributory pension scheme and more.
