AWE Plc is seeking skilled Industrial Reliability and Maintenance Professionals to develop innovative solutions that enhance productivity, reliability, and quality in the business.
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000
About the Role:
This position involves delivering industrial reliability and maintenance solutions across the engineering lifecycle, including leading/participating in failure mode effects analysis of critical assets and key systems, root cause analysis techniques, and effective stakeholder management to drive improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing industrial reliability and maintenance strategies to optimise asset performance
- Leading/participating in technical problem-solving and decision-making processes
- Communicating complex technical requirements and modifications to stakeholders
- Maintaining knowledge of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
Requirements:
- Recognised Engineering qualification and strong maintenance engineering background
- Technical problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of CMMS and other industrial maintenance tools
