Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable solutions engineer to join our team at AWE Plc. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for delivering engineering solutions that maximize productivity, reliability, innovation, and quality in the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement maintenance and reliability solutions to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency.
  • Analyse and improve maintenance processes to reduce downtime and increase overall equipment effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement reliability-centred maintenance strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in maintenance and reliability engineering.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in maintenance and reliability engineering, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
