Reliability Engineer

We are seeking an experienced engineer to deliver high-quality maintenance solutions, drive innovation and improve plant efficiency.

About the Role:
  • Lead effective maintenance practices to enhance plant performance and efficiency
  • Develop and implement reliability-centred maintenance strategies to minimize downtime
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical issues and provide expert solutions
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct regular maintenance tasks, including inspections and repairs to ensure optimal equipment condition
  2. Analyse equipment data to inform proactive maintenance decisions, reducing costly breakdowns and improving overall plant reliability
  3. Design and implement modifications to improve process efficiency, leveraging industry best practices
Requirements:
  • Relevant engineering degree and/or equivalent experience in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems and maintenance principles, with a focus on reliability and efficiency
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement effective solutions
