At Alchemy Global Talent Solutions, we are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Salesperson to join our sales team in London. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to drive revenue growth and develop your skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting our services to maximize revenue.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial sector.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  3. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  4. Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to client needs.
  5. Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential clients.
  6. Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
  8. Manage and update the CRM system with accurate sales and client information.
  9. Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand our network.

Salary and Benefits:

  • A competitive salary of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum.
