You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting our services to maximize revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential clients.
- Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
- Manage and update the CRM system with accurate sales and client information.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand our network.
Salary and Benefits:
- A competitive salary of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and generous holiday allowance.
