The ideal candidate for this Results-Driven Account Growth Specialist role will be a driven and ambitious individual with a proven track record in B2B sales. You will play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our presence in the US and UK markets.
About the Position:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive account growth strategy to acquire new customers and drive revenue growth.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop targeted sales strategies and outreach efforts.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs, using this information to inform sales tactics and strategies.
- Meet or exceed sales targets consistently, contributing to the company's overall growth and expansion.
- Participate in industry events, webinars, and conferences to increase brand visibility and generate new leads.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven success in B2B sales, particularly in driving new business and acquiring new customers.
- Familiarity with customer support technology, CRM platforms, or multi-channel communication tools is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a strong ability to influence key stakeholders.
