Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Results-Driven ABM Specialist to join our marketing team in London. This role will involve developing and executing highly targeted multi-channel marketing campaigns aimed at key accounts. The ideal candidate will blend creativity with data-driven insights to drive engagement, build relationships, and achieve business objectives within high-value accounts.

The successful candidate will work in collaboration with our account based marketing manager, demand generation managers, SDR and sales teams to develop, implement and optimize ABM campaigns tailored to specific accounts. They will also be responsible for coordinating end-to-end execution of ABM campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, content marketing, and events.

This is a hybrid role (2 days/week in Stratford, London office and 3 days working from home). Our competitive salary package includes £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work in collaboration with our account based marketing manager, demand generation managers, SDR and sales teams to develop, implement and optimize ABM campaigns tailored to specific accounts.
  2. Coordinate end-to-end execution of ABM campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, content marketing, and events.
  3. Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as engagement rates and conversions.
  4. Work with content creators to develop customized content and assets for target accounts.
  5. Develop and implement lead nurturing strategies to move prospects through the funnel within target accounts.
  6. Plan and execute account-specific events, such as webinars, roundtables, and personalized meetings.
  7. Coordinate the sharing of marketing engagement intelligence and best practices with sales.
  8. Solid understanding of current digital marketing and demand gen trends.
  9. Skilled in shaping campaign messaging and producing content for diverse customer groups.
  10. Strong attention to detail and creative eye.
  11. Able to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  12. Capable of using data to measure campaign performance and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent professional experience.
  • Basic editing capabilities (HTML, CMS, Adobe Creative Cloud) a plus.
