Results-Driven Account Manager

We are seeking a Results-Driven Account Manager to join our team at Randstad UK. In this exciting sales position, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients across various industries and delivering exceptional results.
You will work closely with our delivery team to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve client goals, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship-building. With a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in prospecting and cold calling, you will identify and engage with potential clients through proactive outbound prospecting and SDR-generated leads.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Performance: Drive sales performance by identifying and engaging with potential clients through proactive outbound prospecting and SDR-generated leads.
- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike, understanding their needs and presenting value-based solutions.
- Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of clients across various industries, developing and maintaining long-term relationships to create lasting revenue streams.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our delivery team and other Pareto divisions to support clients and win deals, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Client Satisfaction: Support project delivery and work closely with Client Success Managers to ensure client satisfaction, addressing any risks or issues promptly.
