Results-Driven Business Development Manager

Do you have what it takes to succeed as a Commercial Lead in one of the world's leading construction technology companies? We are seeking a driven and results-oriented individual to join our commercial team in London, where you will play a key role in driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the construction and real estate industries.
The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a proven track record of closing enterprise deals. They will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from research and lead generation to qualifying and closing deals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing account win-plans to ensure customer success
- Maintaining a healthy sales pipeline and accurately forecasting progress
- Collaborating with the commercial team to provide value-driven support to customers and create upsell opportunities
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, strategic, and commercial skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of Contilio's product to diverse buyer groups.
Salary: £80,000 - £120,000 per annum (base salary £60,000 + bonuses and benefits).
