Results-Driven Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Representative to join our team at Wheely Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end acquisition funnel, from initial sign-up to the first journey with Wheely. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall chauffeur experience and act as a representative and spokesperson for Wheely, fostering positive relationships within our community of chauffeurs.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage the entire acquisition process from chauffeur sign-up to their first journey with Wheely.
- Source and qualify high-quality chauffeur leads, building a robust pipeline.
- Convert qualified leads through calls, emails, and in-person meetings, maintaining a personalized approach while engaging with chauffeurs at scale.
- A proven track record as a Sales Development Representative or in a similar role focused on outbound lead generation, qualification, and pipeline management.
- Strong organizational and process management skills to handle multiple chauffeurs at various stages of the acquisition funnel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage chauffeurs effectively.
- Availability to work at our London office location.
This role offers a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits.
