Senior Account Manager Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Account Manager to join our Client Services team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to work on high-profile accounts, develop their skills, and advance their career.
About the Role:
- Manage client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery and exceeding client expectations.
- Develop and implement effective account strategies, resulting in increased customer engagement, loyalty, and new business acquisitions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end campaigns, leveraging CRM communications, email, app, and push channels.
- Provide regular status reports, meeting preparation, and action follow-up to ensure seamless project execution.

What We Offer:
- An estimated salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.

Requirements:
- Professional and confident, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in delivering CRM communications, preferably via Braze or other CRM platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and process-driven approach to Client Services.
- Solution orientation and drive to make things happen, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
