At Payfuture, we're seeking a skilled and ambitious Results-Driven Business Growth Specialist to drive business development and growth in high-risk sectors like FX and iGaming. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional to make a significant impact on our company's expansion.
Job Summary
We're looking for a seasoned sales expert who can excel in a fast-paced environment, identifying and securing new business opportunities while fostering strong relationships with prospects and clients. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of prospecting, pipeline management, and deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in high-risk markets, leveraging a deep understanding of the payments landscape.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive client acquisition, revenue growth, and retention in a dynamic scale-up environment.
- Buid strong relationships with new merchants, positioning Payfuture as a trusted partner and thought leader in the payments industry.
- Drive cross- and up-selling efforts to deliver additional value to clients and generate increased revenue for Payfuture.
- Take ownership of the sales cycle, from initial contact through to negotiating commercial and contractual terms, before handing over to the Account Management team.
- Support the Head of Sales in closing major deals and forming partnerships with payment gateways, e-commerce platforms, and others.
- Analyse data trends and client performance to develop strategic sales plans and secure new business opportunities.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of work experience gained in the payments, Fintech, e-commerce, or Banking industries, with a solid understanding of payment processes.
- A BA/BS degree in Business Administration, sales, or relevant fields.
- A proven track record of prospecting, pipeline management, and deal closure.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
What We Offer
We provide a competitive salary ranging between $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
