Michael Page (UK) is a leading provider of HR, Employment Law and Health & Safety consultancy services. We are looking for a skilled business developer to join our team.
The Role
We are seeking a talented individual with a proven track record in new business development. As a business development manager, you will be responsible for selling our client's services to levels set and agreed by the company. This includes growing the company's portfolio of clients, staying up-to-date with industry trends and company products and services offered, managing and maintaining the company CRM system, influencing potential clients and supporting the consultants and operations team.
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for an exceptional business developer who is self-motivated, results-driven and able to work well remotely. You will have a proven track record in new business development and experience in selling across the B2B Professional / Business Services space. You will be relationship-led and customer-centric, with the ability to skilfully sell professional services such as consultancy and training.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell our client's services to levels set and agreed by the company
- Growing the company's portfolio of clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and company products and services offered
- Manage and maintain the company CRM system
- Influence potential clients by positively presenting the company's services and exploring cross-selling opportunities
- Support the consultants and operations team to ensure a professional onboarding of all new clients
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary package including a base salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a home/hybrid working setup and full training/integration with the wider team. A driver's license is essential for this role.
