We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Account Manager to join our team at Blazon Agency. As a key player in our operations, you will be responsible for delivering client projects with creative excellence and efficiency.
About the Role:
- Lead Brand Strategy for our clients, driving their success through innovative campaigns.
- Manage agency creative campaigns, ensuring timely delivery within defined budgets.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, resolving issues and nurturing strong relationships.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to achieve project goals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and their applications in our industry.
Essential Competencies:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in digital agencies, focusing on brand strategy and advertising.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining high organizational standards.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and automation tools.
- A proactive mindset, always seeking ways to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
