About the Role:

  • Manage agency creative campaigns, ensuring timely delivery within defined budgets.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, resolving issues and nurturing strong relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to achieve project goals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and their applications in our industry.

Essential Competencies:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in digital agencies, focusing on brand strategy and advertising.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining high organizational standards.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and automation tools.
  • A proactive mindset, always seeking ways to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
