Job Overview

H.I.G. Capital, a leading global private equity investment firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Performance Analyst to join its Performance Reporting Group (PRG). This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact within the growing firm.

Responsibilities
  • Calculate and maintain various performance metrics, including IRRs, TWRs, Multiples, and other financial statistics.
  • Develop and enhance data extracts and report templates to accurately aggregate data for analysis.
  • Engage with senior leadership, capital formation teams, and deal teams to produce valuable insights.
  • Conduct ad hoc and pro forma analytics at the investment, portfolio, and fund level.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in finance, business analytics, or investment operations, preferably in financial services.
  • Accounting, Finance, or STEM degree with a strong academic record, preferably with a graduate degree or advanced certifications (e.g., CFA).
  • Experience with calculating performance ratios for private equity, private credit, and real asset portfolios.
  • Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS) certification preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong data/systems skills are essential.
  • A self-motivated problem solver with excellent communication skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Compensation & Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is between $110,000 and $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
