The Role:

We're seeking an experienced CRM Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team in London or Leeds. As a key member of this team, you'll be responsible for providing vital analysis and insights to drive business decisions.

You'll work closely with different teams to scope, build, and roll-out strategic initiatives, leveraging data insights to inform strategy and drive results. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of a highly profitable, fast-growing business and help deliver on our ambitious growth plans.

We're looking for someone who is data-driven, passionate about developing their skills in data handling and reporting, and comfortable working with large and complex data sets.

  • Provide key input to QiH's BI strategy and analytical requirements.
  • Analyse and optimise email marketing campaigns to enhance engagement, conversion rates, and overall performance.
  • Leverage data insights to inform strategy and drive results across our email initiatives.
  • End-to-end Business Intelligence development.
  • Support the development of the Data Warehouse structure.
  • Oversee Front-end visualisation in Tableau.
  • Analyse email campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and ROI.
  • Build dashboards in Tableau as per business specifications and partner with the data team to utilise the latest developments in Tableau to improve data source and dashboard performance.
  • Build strong relationships across all teams in the business, becoming a trusted source of business intelligence.
  • Create technical documentation for BI tools and provide technical support and training for BI reports, dashboards, and tools to end-users.
  • Data-driven and passionate about using testing and research to justify business decisions.
  • Comfortable dealing with large and complex data sets.
  • Have excellent written and verbal English skills.
  • Familiarity with Tableau, Excel, and Google Big Query.
  • Understanding of SQL.
  • Experience using A/B testing software.
  • Background of working with marketing data, data mining, and analysis.
  • Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving skills.
