As a Results-Driven Account Management Lead at AOT Technologies, you will be responsible for building a high-quality marketing funnel and driving engagement. This is a critical role that requires a strong planner with a results-driven mindset who can design and implement demand generation campaigns across digital channels (e.g., email, Google search, paid social media, programmatic) to generate leads and support campaign objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, as well as 8+ years of experience in the IT/SaaS industry. You will also need to have strong analytical skills and an understanding of martech spanning demand generation platforms, CRMs, MAPs, and attribute/tracking. In addition, you should have 5+ years of experience in client-facing consulting environments with a focus on IT services or solutions.

This role offers a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, as well as a range of benefits including 16 days of paid time off to start and increasing as time goes on, RRSP matching, and a professional development budget.
