About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Reward and Pay Consultant to join our team at Direct Line Group. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and advice on reward and pay matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver the annual pay review and annual incentive plan.
  • Support the design of DLG incentive schemes, including Trinity, Optimal, and DLG Auto Services plans.
  • Manage the approach to equal pay and compliance with legislative changes.
  • Provide direction and expert advice on reward and pay matters to Reward, HR, and the business.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of providing reward technical expertise and running large pay review cycles.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of technical competence in total reward practices and up-to-date knowledge of current reward issues.
