Job Title: Part Time International Pay and Reward Executive

Location: Central London – hybrid

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: £70,000 - £77,000 FULL TIME EQUIVALENT

We are seeking an experienced Pay and Reward Executive to join our Global Real Estate firm in London. As a key member of the People & Talent team, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's pay and reward programs.

The role includes designing, implementing and maintaining competitive compensation, shares and benefits packages to attract and retain talent. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing compensation strategies and structures
  • Conducting market research to ensure that the organization's pay rates are competitive
  • Managing the performance appraisal process and recommending salary increases or bonuses
  • Administering employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, death in service
  • Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements related to compensation and benefits
  • Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on pay and reward issues
  • Management of relationship with German external payroll provider

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of compensation and benefits best practices
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • A degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is typically required, along with several years of experience in compensation and benefits management
  • Professional certifications, such as Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Benefits Professional (CBP), may also be preferred
  • Experience of implementing an Employee Share Save Program
  • International experience working in the UK and Germany
