We are seeking a skilled Reward Specialist to join Bruin, a leading professional services organisation. In this role, you will support the Head of Reward in designing and implementing remuneration policies, benefits, and recognition practices. This position involves close collaboration with HR teams and business leaders to ensure effective planning and delivery of reward processes, including market benchmarking, salary reviews, and benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare mandatory remuneration-related reports, including Gender Pay Gap and diversity pay gap analytics.
- Support year-end performance, salary, and bonus reviews, including data analysis and process coordination.
- Lead market benchmarking processes and advise on pay frameworks within HR systems.
- Administer share schemes and assist with M&A reward processes.
- Support the annual benefits review and resolve employee queries with brokers.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
About You:
- Experience in a similar reward or compensation role within professional services (financial services preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems (Workday preferred).
- Knowledge of compensation regulations and job evaluation processes.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex data in a clear, understandable way.
