Role Overview

The Human Resources Operations Manager will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the team's business plan, working closely with the HR supply and resourcing manager to progress plans and report risks and issues as they arise.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified, have experience of developing and implementing human resources operations, and managing risks. A project management qualification is also desirable.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £42,000 - £48,000 per year, depending on experience. NHS England offers a range of benefits, including a pension scheme and opportunities for professional development.
