Facilities Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Office Management Professional to join our team in the Southwest UK. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day office duties, resolving operational problems, and ensuring an efficient service is delivered to internal clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain office equipment and facilities to ensure they are in good working order
- Coordinate meetings and room bookings to minimize conflicts and maximize productivity
- Develop and implement procedures to improve business processes and efficiency
You will work closely with senior specialists to ensure programmes of work are undertaken and project milestones are met. Your expertise will be essential in helping us deliver high-quality facilities management services to our clients.
About the Role:This is a 12-month fixed-term contract position that requires strong facilities management experience and the ability to travel. The ideal candidate will have a BIFM Level 3 or above qualification and previous relevant experience in office or facilities management. They will also possess effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
