Are you a motivated individual with excellent customer service skills? We are seeking a Facilities Management Specialist to join our team in Bristol. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security and maintenance of our office.

The ideal candidate will have experience working on commercial premises, hold a current SIA licence, and possess good IT and communication skills. As a Facilities Management Specialist, you will be responsible for carrying out patrols of the building, signing in visitors, and escorting contractors around to ensure the buildings are always secure.

The role also involves taking receipt of deliveries, ordering stationery, and raising any maintenance issues with the relevant teams. You must be willing to operate at unsociable times due to occasional requirements to extend building opening hours.

As a Facilities Management Specialist, you will have the opportunity to upskill and develop your career within the wider facilities team. We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, plus a share scheme (3.5% + 3.5% matching) which makes you a CGI partner not just an employee.
