Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Facilities Management Specialist to join our team at Hi-Tech Property Services Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing purchase orders, contracts, compliance, and office workflows, including invoice processing on customer portals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage purchase orders, contracts, compliance, and office workflows.
  • Process invoices on customer portals.
  • Support Field Managers in overseeing planned and responsive repair contracts, as well as mechanical and electrical services.
  • Serve a diverse clientele, including local government entities, construction infrastructure, healthcare providers, and the hospitality industry.
  • Contribute to our general building services, which include reactive repairs, statutory compliance, and planned preventative maintenance, along with participation in significant refurbishment projects.
  • Exceptional customer service proficiency.
  • Strong organisational and planning capabilities.
  • Punctual and efficient time management.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • A valid UK driving license and personal vehicle access.
