**Job Title:** Human Resources Manager

**Company Overview**

A leading sports industry company is seeking an experienced HR Manager to shape their clients' HR strategy. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of HR systems, and the ability to foster a positive workplace culture.

**Job Description**

This is a permanent role with 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm. You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with organisational goals
  • Managing the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews using ATS systems such as Taleo or Workday
  • Overseeing employee onboarding and training programmes to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company
  • Supervising HR staff and providing guidance on best practices in human resource management
  • Conducting data analysis to inform HR decisions and improve workforce efficiency
  • Maintaining accurate employee records within the HRIS, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations
  • Addressing employee relations issues by fostering open communication and resolving conflicts in a timely manner
**Required Skills and Qualifications**

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in a managerial capacity
  • Familiarity with HR software such as PeopleSoft, Workday, or other HRIS platforms
  • Strong data analysis skills to interpret workforce metrics and inform decision-making processes
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels of the organisation
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
