Job Title: Head of Human Resources

We are seeking a skilled Head of Human Resources to join our team at 1st Executive. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement of HR services and ensuring that our operations run smoothly.

About the Role:
This is an interim position requiring 2 days per week in either our Bristol or Edinburgh office. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sourcing and procurement across HR categories, preferably in financial services. You must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of either location to ensure effective collaboration with our team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Sourcing and procurement expertise across HR categories
* Experience working in financial services, ideally in major blue chip private sector corporate
* Knowledge of HR technology, AI, and HR software is a plus

Compensation:
The estimated salary range for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. This figure may vary based on your qualifications and background.
